Hi again people,
Phew! The number of tests lined up for me had almost killed me. Finally! Its all over, for now, and the March holidays are round the corner! Furthermore, the week before that is the sabbatical week! And for yesterday and today, the whole school had been participating in their e-learning.
To me, there are pros and cons for e-learning.
E-learning, of course, increases one's self confidence and independence. During this period of e-learning, students are not able to rely on teachers and friends and have to complete their work alone. It is something like independent studying. From this, teachers can also spot the stronger student and the weaker ones.
However, i feel that e-learning is a little messy. Some teachers did not give clear instructions on what to do and students might get confused. Also, some teachers use software that are not compatible to some students computer and results in student not able to complete their given tasks. Some of the online facilities that teachers use might crash unexpectedly and will result in all students not able to gain from online lessons. These problems might not be able to solve within a short period of time and thus lessons will be affected.
That is why i still think that going back to school to conduct lesson is still the best scenario, other than me having to wake up early! :)
